Is the signage easy to install by ourselves?

We design our products with easy installation in mind. Every order includes a 1:1 scale installation template and necessary mounting hardware (such as spacers or threaded rods). For illuminated signs, we provide clear wiring diagrams. Most of our clients can complete the installation with a local handyman, but we also offer remote video technical support if needed.

What kind of warranty do you offer on your signage?

We stand behind our craftsmanship with a solid warranty. We typically offer a 3-year warranty on LED modules and power supplies, and a 5-year warranty on the sign shell structure (stainless steel, acrylic, etc.). If any component fails under normal use during this period, we will provide free replacements to ensure your brand keeps shining.
