Power Connection Specifications
- Low Voltage Safety: Illuminated letters operate on DC 12V or 24V low voltage; connecting to AC 110V–240V is strictly prohibited.
- Polarity Identification: Different colored wires represent different polarities; ensure wires of the same polarity are connected together.
- Transformer Connection: Connect the gathered letter wires to the low-voltage output terminal of the transformer (note the + / – poles).
- Insulation: Connections should be soldered or tightly twisted and must be wrapped with insulating tape.
- Main Power Input: Connect the (L and N) terminals of the transformer to the local mains (AC 110V–240V).
Installation Steps
- Positioning: Apply the 1:1 installation template to the target wall surface.
- Drilling: Drill holes at the marked points on the template for mounting screws and wiring.
- Fixing: Screw the studs into the back of the letters, align them with the holes, and secure with nuts or adhesive on the back if necessary.
- Wiring Loop: If the sign length exceeds 3 meters, connect both ends of the main busbar to the transformer to prevent voltage drop.

Troubleshooting Guide
| Problem | Inspection Items | Solutions |
|---|---|---|
| No Illumination | 1. Check whether the transformer indicator light is on. 2. Check whether the wiring is correct. | 1. Check whether the circuit is disconnected. 2. Replace or adjust the transformer output cable. |
| Partial Lighting | The polarity of the letters connected to the main power line is reversed. | Adjust the wiring of the letters that are not lighting up. |
| Flickering | Check whether the letter wiring is short-circuited. | 1. Reconnect the short-circuited wires correctly. 2. Check whether the transformer is overloaded. |
| Item | Maintenance Content | Frequency |
| Cleaning | Wipe with a soft dry cloth or neutral cleaner. Strong acids and alkalis are strictly prohibited. | Quarterly |
| Wiring Check | Check if transformer connections are loose, aging, or overheating. | Bi-annually |
| Waterproofing | Check if the silicone sealant is cracked to ensure outdoor waterproof performance. | Annually |
| Fastening | Check if screws or structural adhesive are loose due to environmental factors. | Annually |
Troubleshooting
- No Lighting: Check if the transformer indicator is on, or swap the polarity of the output wires.
- Partial Lighting: Check if the polarity of the non-illuminated letters is reversed.
- Flickering: Check for short circuits or if the transformer is overloaded.
CRITICAL WARNING: NEVER connect the signage directly to the high-voltage main power!
