We were commissioned to design and manufacture a high-visibility, sophisticated signage solution for The Azure Grill, a high-end coastal restaurant. The goal was to create a warm, inviting glow that complements the building’s architectural facade while maintaining brand integrity.

1. Material Selection (Durability & Finish)

To ensure longevity in a coastal environment, we selected premium-grade materials:

  • Body: 316 Marine-Grade Stainless Steel was used for the letter housings to prevent corrosion from salt air.
  • Finish: A Titanium Gold Brushed finish was applied using PVD coating for a luxurious, scratch-resistant surface.
  • Backing: Clear 10mm Acrylic spacers were CNC-cut to allow for an even distribution of light.

2. Lighting Engineering (The “Halo” Effect)

The signature halo glow requires precision internal components:

  • LED Modules: We utilized Samsung 3000K Warm White LEDs for a soft, premium “upscale” ambiance.
  • Diffusion: The interior of the steel letters was painted Reflective White to amplify light output through the acrylic backer.
  • Control: A MeanWell IP67 Waterproof Transformer with an integrated dimmer allows the client to adjust brightness based on the time of day.

3. Packing & Global Delivery

Since the project was shipped internationally, secure packaging was critical to our “How We Work” process:

  • Protection: Each letter was individually wrapped in non-scratch PET film and encased in custom-cut high-density foam.
  • Crating: The entire set was housed in a Reinforced Plywood Case (ISPM-15 certified) to prevent impact damage during sea freight.
  • Installation Kit: We included a 1:1 Scale Mounting Template and all necessary stainless steel hardware for a seamless setup.

Final Result

The installed signage successfully increased “foot traffic” for the restaurant by 25% within the first month, proving that high-quality exterior branding is a vital investment for retail success.
